The Process

Preparation: We’ll talk on the phone or over email about what you want to achieve with the interview and I’ll answer any questions you have about venue, time frame, or other practical concerns.

Then, I’ll send you some questions to think about in advance so that you get a sense of what the interview might entail. You’re free to use my guidance or choose your own topics and themes (see below)

The Interview: I have a studio in my home; however in most cases I will come to you. Chances are, you'll feel most comfortable in your own surroundings and it’s the perfect, authentic backdrop for our conversation.

The interview itself lasts an hour and a half; however, we’ll schedule at least two hours so we’re totally relaxed and comfortable.

The options: There are three basic packages to choose from:

  1. We use the questions I’ve sent as a template (you are free to add to them, change them, or use them exactly “as is.”) Then I’ll interview you, on camera, using the questions as guidelines. You’ll be able to purchase either DVD or DVD plus narrative, both presented in an attractive folder for safe-keeping.
  2. You tell me what you’d like to talk about. I interview you based on your themes – or I give you the floor, my only role being to keep you on time and looking good. I create DVD or DVD plus narrative for purchase.
  3. Longer Projects: Fees will be agreed upon in advance and will be based on degree of creative involvement as well as production time.
